Supervise night-time front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
Perform nightly audit procedures, reconciling guest accounts, billing, and daily revenue reports
Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts
Handle guest requests, complaints, or emergencies promptly and professionally
