Luxury boutique hotel IKIES SANTORINI seeks to employ a talented and dynamic

Night Auditor

DUTIES:

  • Oversee the front office during the overnight shift
  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and provide exceptional service
  • Accurately complete assigned duties such as check-ins, check-outs, email, and phone handling
  • Address all issues and concerns in a timely and guest-satisfying manner
  • Perform end of day duties, prepare reports, and complete all other department’s operations assigned
  • Manage the front office during night shift by ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and standards

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of at least 2 years in similar position in 4/5-star hotels
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Spoken and written fluency in English (additional language knowledge will be considered an asset)
  • Computer literate, knowledge of hotel software is desirable
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • High sense of discretion and attentiveness with hotel guests
  • Team spirit, professionalism, and reliability
  • Strong organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills
