Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our night cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional cleaning and proven experience in managing teams.


The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the cleaning teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They will also be responsible for supervising a team of 20-30 people, implementing quality control measures, and managing work planning and hour management.


Requirements:

  • A diploma or certification in professional cleaning
  • Several years of confirmed experience in the field of professional cleaning
  • Proven experience in team management
  • An excellent command of the French language
