Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: South West London

Reports to: Residents Manager / Operations Team

Role Overview:

Provide excellent front-of-house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environment for residents and visitors. Support asset, risk, and contract management routines.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by telephone, and via email.
Respond to complaints and concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of external areas.
Operate and manage amenities, including coffee and beverage facilities.
Assist with mobilisation, risk management, and contract administration.
Hold a valid UK driving licence (Category B) for equipment operation.Skills & Qualities:
