Duties and Responsibilities
As Night GEM, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Manage the activities at the reception during the night shift.
Ensure communications and follow-up with day shift on any issues, guest requests or special requirements.
Review late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities. Coordinate arrivals, departures and billing requirements.
Run daily reports, run night audit reports, and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
Knowledge on room rates and suggesting upselling when necessary.
Ascertain guest satisfaction, collect keys, ensure that all guest billing procedures are handled...
