Night Shift Engineer

£45k+ per annum

10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday

Featherstone, Wakefield

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Featherstone based food production client to recruit a Shift Engineer on a full time, permanent basis. This is a permanent night’s role.

Supporting operations in reducing and eliminating downtime, this role involves proactive and reactive maintenance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Identifying and resolving any potential issues before they cause any failures
  • Responding rapidly to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing the problems and performing repairs
  • Carrying out machine adjustments and size changes
  • Monitoring and calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy, quality and safe standards are met
