A BPO company in Manila is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager for their insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years in insurance, along with 2–3 years in a contact center, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must, as well as proficiency in MS Office. This role requires working onsite at Alabang on a graveyard shift, with a competitive salary between 65,000 PHP and 75,000 PHP.
