A technology service provider in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist responsible for providing first-line technical support and maintaining IT systems. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong troubleshooting skills, a customer service mindset, and experience with various operating systems. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, and previous IT support experience is highly valued. This full-time, onsite position requires working hours from 9 PM to 6 AM PH time.
