Pleasant View Center, a trusted provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Concord, NH, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate and dedicated team. Requirements:


Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or nursing degree from an approved institution
Current, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)
Current CPR certification
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required


LPN Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and direct Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in compliance with facility policies.

  • Ensure all nursing care follows regulatory guidelines and Pleasant View Center standards.

  • Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition, report findings to physicians and families, and document accordingly.

  • Transcribe and carry out physician orders.

  • Administer medications and perform treatments, including wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.

  • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and transportation for residents.

  • Maintain resident confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Assist in the survey process and uphold Pleasant View Center’s high standards of care and safety.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork across all departments.
