If this resonates with what you seek, continue reading... Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in nursing required. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Three to five years of acute care clinical nursing experience across various departments. Proficiency in Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including knowledge of InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations. Preferred certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS. Work Schedule and Compensation: Full-time position (36 hours) with 3-12hr night shifts (7pm-7:30am) and rotating weekends. Salary range of $47.00hr-$77.00hr, dependent on experience. Additional $5hr shift differential. Comprehensive benefits package with relocation assistance (up to $5K) and sign-on bonus (up to $15K). Responsibilities: House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility. Oversee data analysis related to patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to enhance patient care and optimize bed utilization. Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment using admission criteria, serving as a liaison among Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff, and other key stakeholders to streamline operations. Act as the Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, providing guidance, supervision, and making administrative decisions across all hospital departments. Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
