A leading HR services company is looking for an onboarding specialist in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The candidate will monitor pre-employment requirements for North America-based candidates, which includes handling onboarding paperwork, background checks, and work authorization. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. This seasonal role is open to fresh graduates and requires availability for graveyard shifts. Immediate start for a 3-month contract is needed.
