Night Shift Shredder Lead / Shredder Supervisor (Industrial Recycling)
Night Shift | 4-Day Workweek (Mon–Thu) | 10-Hour Shifts
Hours: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (flexible)
Our client is hiring an experienced Night Shift Shredder Lead to oversee industrial shredder operations and lead a night production team of 9 employees. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate heavy machinery, manage workflow, enforce safety, and hit production targets in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial shredders, conveyors, and related equipment
- Lead, assign, and supervise a night shift crew
- Ensure material quality, proper flow, and contamination prevention
- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
