Night Shift Supervisor

Job: Night Shift Supervisor Reports to: Senior Supervisor Direct Reports: Team Leaders & Production Operatives The Role To lead and manage production teams in delivering efficient, safe, and high-quality bakery operations that consistently meet Grahams Bakerys standards for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. The Supervisor will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and team engagement. Key Responsibilities and Outputs Delivering agreed production plan as designated by the Head of Production.
