**Shift Manager – 12‑Hour Night Shifts**
**Location:** On‑Site at Procter & Gamble Facility
**Employment Type:** Full‑Time
**Schedule:** 12‑Hour Rotating Shifts (Nights)
**Pay Rate:** $21.21/hr
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on **Shift Manager** to lead and support a 12‑hour shift team within a large‑scale manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production support activities across multiple plant areas, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining strong employee relations, and acting as the primary contact for our partner. The Shift Manager reports directly to the **Manpower On‑Site Manager** and is empowered to act on behalf of leadership in their absence. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and consistent presence on the production floor.
