Nightshift Workshop Supervisor

We’relooking for an experienced Nightshift Workshop Supervisor to help keep ourworkshop running safely, efficiently, and to plan on the nightshift. This is ahands-on supervisory role, coordinating people, work, and resources to ensureproduction flows smoothly in a busy steel fabrication environment.

You’llwork closely with the wider operations team, providing clear day-to-daysupervision, maintaining standards, and ensuring strong communication andhandovers between shifts.
