NLP Engineer

Immediate Hiring | NLP Engineer (1–7 Years Experience)

We are seeking experienced NLP Engineers to join our advanced AI engineering team. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade NLP and LLM-powered systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI architectures, to solve complex business problems.

Role Overview

As an NLP Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable NLP and LLM-based solutions aligned with business objectives

Build intelligent text-processing and language-understanding systems for real-world enterprise use cases

Develop autonomous, agentic AI systems capable of executing end-to-end business workflows

Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement NLP solutions using modern ML and LLM frameworks

Build and manage vector-based retrieval systems for semantic search and knowledge grounding

Develop and integrate both proprietary and open-source LLMs

Architect and deploy agentic AI systems and autonomous agents for diverse business use cases

Build end-to-end RAG pipelines and multi-agent architectures

Optimize, deploy, and monitor NLP models in production environments

Required Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with vector databases:

Pinecone

Qdrant

Milvus

Chroma

Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs):

Proprietary LLMs (e.g., enterprise APIs)

Open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, DeepSeek, etc.)

Proven hands-on experience in Agentic AI and building autonomous AI agents

Strong proficiency in Python and modern NLP/ML frameworks

Experience with API development, orchestration frameworks, and cloud environments
