NNormal - Material Developer

Position Mission:

To contribute to the development of high quality performance materials ensuring the success of our products in footwear, apparel, and accessories for the NNormal brand.

Description of Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team and key suppliers to build the seasonal and long-term material library.

- Introduce innovative and sustainable solutions to enable designers and developers to produce excellent quality products.

- Source all essential seasonal materials and components such as textile, trims, and synthetics.

- Test all materials to the SATRA and the company Restricted Substances List standards to ensure quality compliance.

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers.

- Collaborate in the management of the seasonal materials budget.

- Manage the Materials Library - Physical and Virtual, managing new and ongoing items each season.
