Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner

Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, orders, or technical concerns (depending on account)

Provide clear, well-written solutions and instructions

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets

Escalate complex issues to higher support when necessary
