Overview

At CRG we are seeking a motivated NOC Agent to join our technical operations team supporting critical telecommunications infrastructure. The NOC Agent will monitor network and service performance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution. This is an operational role focused on maintaining end-to-end service continuity and improving operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).

  • 1+ years of experience in network operations, NOC, or technical support within Telco, ISP, or similar environments.

  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VLANs, routing and switching concepts).

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
