Senior NOC & Major Incident Operations Engineer (LATAM)

We are supporting a global telecommunications organization with a strong presence across Latin America , currently strengthening its Network Operations and Major Incident (MIC) capabilities as part of a regional LATAM initiative .

This role is designed for senior NOC professionals (5+ years) with hands-on experience operating critical telecom environments , managing P1 / Sev1 incidents , and contributing to operational automation initiatives .

• Operate and support NOC environments (24x7) across regional telecom networks
• Lead and coordinate Major Incidents (P1 / Sev1) , including escalation and stakeholder communication
• Monitor network performance and availability using enterprise monitoring platforms
