Job Description

  • 7+ years experience working in NOC Environment
  • Work experience in server — specifically those with Linux exposure, including Ubuntu
  • Work experience as Data Center NOC engineer
  • Has strong basics in recognizing port numbers, ip range, subnets, server device alarms
  • Strong process knowledge and experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in handling NOC monitoring tools
  • Strong knowledge and experience in usage of ITSM ticketing tool
  • Build SOP's on continuous basis
  • Windows server administration
  • Hands on backup expertise
  • Understanding and hands on experience on storage technologies
