NOC Engineer (Network Operations Center)

Job description:

• Plan, design, and deploy network solutions (e.g., LAN, WAN, wireless networks) following the agreed timeline.
• Evaluate new technology products to accommodate business growth and evolving technologies.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal network functionality and user experience.
• Design and implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other potential threats.
• Implement network monitoring tools to monitor network performance, identify trends, and analyze traffic patterns.
• Provide Level 2 support for network-related issues & requests, elevate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, inventory, and cabling installations.
