Providing support to client from US. Right from creation of tickets to the resolution
Services provided to customers are Hosted PBX, Local Phone Services, SIP Trunking ,PRI, Toll Free Services
knowledge of Telecom Voice protocols - SIP / SS7
Desired Candidate Profile
Troubleshooting skills of Vendor issues viz. ASR, ACD, PDD, Dead Air, DTMF, RTDTMF, Fax issues, codec mismatch, One Way Audio, Voice Quality, equipment
Experience in healthcare domain is mandatory
