**POSITION SUMMARY**

* Shift-based role in a 24x7x365 facility
* Monitor BlackBerry Infrastructure and Services
* Coordinate Incident Response
* Remediates issues where possible
* Implement Structured Changes
* Document Events

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Monitor the BlackBerry Infrastructure using a variety of tools and react to alerts
* Log alerts and relate them to an incident or a Change
* Be aware of resolution targets for all Services
* Engage relevant Support Teams and work with them as a team until the incident is resolved
* Be prepared to escalate an issue to Management in order to drive resolution
* Document and record steps taken towards resolution of an incident and add this to the knowledge database for future referral.
