Job Description

To provide network monitoring and support in a 24/7 shift-based environment, ensuring continuous connectivity and optimal performance. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network, servers, and devices 24x7 to ensure availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, configuration updates, and device checks.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for issue resolution.
  • Participate in shift rotations and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
