As a NOC Technician, you will:
As an Operations Technician in the Broadband NOC, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Broadband network. This role requires evaluating, opening/closing trouble tickets, and coordinating the repair of network equipment and facilities with field operations, technical support, and other work groups. Candidates must be willing to work any shift because the operations center runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.Day to Day Responsibilities Monitor broadband network alarms and events to identify service-impacting issues in real time.
