Node JS Backend Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will design RESTful APIs, implement server-side logic, and work with SQL/NoSQL databases while collaborating with frontend and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js / NestJS .
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side business logic.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Ensure code quality, security, and application performance through testing and debugging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js , Express.js/NestJS , and RESTful API development .
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript , asynchronous programming, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Git , testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Nice-to-have: Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), microservices architecture.
