Chuckles childcare Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor/Center Director to lead our well-established, community-focused Centre. We are proud to be a highly rated Exceeding service since 2017, reflecting our strong commitment to quality education and care.

About the role:

This full‑time leadership role is responsible for the overall operation of the centre including:

  • Overseeing daily Centre-operations
  • Staff leadership, mentoring, rostering, and maintaining ratios
  • Ensuring compliance with the NQS and EYLF
  • Supporting educators to deliver high‑quality programs
  • Building strong relationships with families and the local community

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Nominated supervisor or Director
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) desirable but not essential
