Characterize the defect on purchased parts (5W2H) and write the relevant reports (NCR: Non-conformity reports) to limit production disturbances.-
Secure the production line, ensuring that no other defective part is available, with a clear mapping (physical identification and parts in restricted areas)-
Organize the re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line (if the part is available in stock)-
