Job Description
Board-Level Contribution and Time Commitment:
- Quarterly Board meetings
- Act as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchor
- Ad-hoc strategic inputs when required
- Guide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conduct
- Provide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue management
- Act as sounding board to the CEO
- Share best practices in scaling and running large organizations
