Board-Level Contribution and Time Commitment:

  • Quarterly Board meetings
  • Act as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchor
  • Ad-hoc strategic inputs when required
  • Guide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conduct
  • Provide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue management
  • Act as sounding board to the CEO
  • Share best practices in scaling and running large organizations
  • Help sharpen company's positioning vs large incumbents insights on competitor strategies, and industry trends
  • Support strategic alliances and anchor partnerships for growth
  • Help identify white spaces and defensible moats
  • Estimated Time Commitment: 8-12 hours/month
