Board-Level Contribution and Time Commitment:
Quarterly Board meetings Act as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchor Ad-hoc strategic inputs when required Guide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conduct Provide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue management Act as sounding board to the CEO Share best practices in scaling and running large organizations Help sharpen company's positioning vs large incumbents insights on competitor strategies, and industry trends Support strategic alliances and anchor partnerships for growth Help identify white spaces and defensible moats Estimated Time Commitment: 8-12 hours/month
