Quarterly Board meetingsAct as the Board's Governance and Healthcare credibility anchorAd-hoc strategic inputs when requiredGuide management on IPO preparedness and listed-company conductProvide Mentorship to Leadership on Board discipline, Investor-facing behaviour, Crisis and issue managementAct as sounding board to the CEOShare best practices in scaling and running large organizationsHelp sharpen company's positioning vs large incumbents insights on competitor strategies, and industry trendsSupport strategic alliances and anchor partnerships for growthHelp identify white spaces and defensible moatsEstimated Time Commitment: 8-12 hours/month
