JMIN is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter for our Hyderabad office. We need a specialist who understands the fast-paced world of US-based recruitment to help grow our talent pipeline.
Core Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top-tier talent for US firm roles.
Strategic Sourcing: Build a pipeline via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
Market Intelligence: Track US industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years in recruitment.
Mandatory: At least 1 year of dedicated USA Recruitment experience .
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with US employment laws and the construction industry.
Tools: Proficient in ATS and modern recruitment software.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
Commission: 5% per successful placement.
