Core Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top-tier talent for US firm roles.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build a pipeline via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
  • Market Intelligence: Track US industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in recruitment.
  • Mandatory: At least 1 year of dedicated USA Recruitment experience .
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with US employment laws and the construction industry.
