JMIN is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter for our Hyderabad office. We need a specialist who understands the fast-paced world of US-based recruitment to help grow our talent pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top-tier talent for US firm roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build a pipeline via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
- Market Intelligence: Track US industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in recruitment.
- Mandatory: At least 1 year of dedicated USA Recruitment experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US employment laws and the construction industry.
- Tools: Proficient in ATS and modern recruitment software.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
- Commission: 5% per successful placement.
- Bonus: Target based bonus.
