Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-Tech roles including Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong business hiring exposure within a product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities


- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate roles.


- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.


- Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networking channels.


- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.


- Drive offer discussions and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.


- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Budget - 30 LPA


- 3–5 years of experience in non-tech/business hiring.
