Overview

As a Non-Technical Trainer you will develop, maintain and deliver training programs focused on service processes, product knowledge, customer service, and other Porsche-specific areas to the aftersales non-technical staff at Porsche Centres, ensuring commercial and operational requirements are always considered.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver service process, product, customer service, and brand‑standards training across multiple sites using both face‑to‑face and digital methods
  • Oversee training delegates and ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Work with external training consultants and provide support as needed
  • Contribute to training development, including service updates, product launches, and recognition/retention programmes
  • Provide competency and skills feedback to Porsche Centres, PRIRs, and other relevant third parties
