Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights, ensuring data security.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT support or related roles.
