Certification ASNT/ISNT level II
Responsible for providing the needed qualified personnel for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes within the pipe spool fabrication facility
Carrying out inspection as per inspection and test plan as per following Details for Pipe Spool Fabrication.
1. Material verification and fit-up checking
2. Coating and Blasting Inspections
3. Reviewing Procedures for Quality Assurance
4. Welding procedure assignment for welding
5. Welder training & Qualification
6. Surveillance/checking during welding
7. Welding Visual inspection
8. Radiography/AUT Marking including lot formation
9. Radiography Film Reviewing and/or witnessing AUT
10. Repair checking in case of repair
Final Clearance and certification (Online through application)
1. Required:Knowledge on ASME B 31.3, Chapter V and VI
2. Knowledge on Common Materials including Different grades of carbon steels covering LTCS, NACE, different grades of SS covering 304, 304L, 316, 321 and 347, Different grades of LAS steels covering P11, P22, P5, P9 and P91.
3. Welding consumable and welding procedure requirements including welder qualification and per ASME Sec IX.
4. Welding Inspection and acceptance
5. NACE Level II and Level III for Coatings
6. NDE Level II
7. PWHT and hardness checking as per ASME B 31.3.
Radiography/UT/PT/MPT inspection as per ASME B 31.3
- Lead Engineer Manager / Quality Manager
Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Include Additional Certification Required if any
Necessary:
- Graduate/Diploma Mechanical Engineer in relevant discipline.
- Valid ASNT/ISNT Level II certification in RT, UT, PT and MT.
- Certification in NACE level II and/or level III
- NDE Certification Level II
