Job Description

The Content Moderator is responsible for keeping the online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in either Norwegian / Swedish / Finnish / Danish and most importantly empathy.

As a Nordic Content Moderator, you will be reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles, with the aim to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business.

For this Nordic Content Moderator position, you need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in either Norwegian / Swedish / Finnish / Danish and advanced level in English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
