Job Description
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Nordic Speaking Remote Support Specialist to join our growing team! This fully remote role focuses on delivering exemplary support to our Nordic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need with our products and services.
In this position, you will interact with clients primarily in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your fluency in a Nordic language will be critical in helping clients enjoy a seamless experience with our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions to clients
- Document all client interactions and support requests in the CRM system
- Educate clients on product features to enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex issues
- Collect client feedback and contribute suggestions for service improvements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and best practices through ongoing training
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client service
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Familiarity with support tools and software is beneficial
