Job Description
The North America Commodities Structurer is a strategic professional and a recognized subject matter expert responsible for originating and executing Commodities structured transactions, primarily focused on North American clients. This role involves regular interaction with sales, trading, and control teams, developing ideas, and expanding the boundaries of what is possible. Attention to detail is critical, especially in understanding complex legal documents.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hold a key role in pricing, developing, and booking innovative physical and financial products for clients. Participate in pre-trade & post-sales efforts, working closely with sales.
+ Consider and manage the impact of structured transactions on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) and other capital metrics to ensure efficient use of bank capital. Understand XVA, CVA, DVA, and other related valuations, and manage and optimize these costs and valuations for transactions.
