Our client is seeking a North Coast Transmission Line (NCTL) Contract Professional -

This role is accountable for leading and delivering the labour program for the North Coast Transmission Line (NCTL) over multiple project phases, from early development through procurement and into construction readiness.

This is a 12-months contract to start. Can be fully remote within Canada, must work in PST time zone. 40 hours/week.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in labour relations, major infrastructure delivery, construction management, or large-scale project environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading labour programs on complex, unionized projects.
  • Direct experience engaging with union leadership and senior industry stakeholders.
