    • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Top of the Line Compensation: Documented earnings over $700K in addition to quarterly bonuses that drive compensation above 90th percentile MGMA!
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 as a sign on bonus, as well as relocation reimbursement up to $12,000!

    • Qualifications: 

  • Degree: MD or DO required.
  • Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain Nevada medical license.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in bread-and-butter ENT, head and neck cancer resections, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and advanced sinus surgeries.
  • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
  • Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available.
