We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will ensure a welcoming and efficient experience in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the front counter with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
Accurately enter and confirm customer fuel orders for home or business deliveries.
Provide general information regarding company services, products, and policies.
Support administrative functions such as filing, scanning, and maintaining front desk organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with computers and basic office software (MS Office, email, data entry systems).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
