We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will ensure a welcoming and efficient experience in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the front counter with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Accurately enter and confirm customer fuel orders for home or business deliveries.
  • Provide general information regarding company services, products, and policies.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, scanning, and maintaining front desk organization.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software (MS Office, email, data entry systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
