Now Assist Developer & Prompt Engineer - ServiceNow CSM

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for a Now Assist Developer & Prompt Senior Engineer for ServiceNow CSM module to work remotely from Europe in CET working hours.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and optimizing prompts for generative AI within the ServiceNow platform and CSM context-aware outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, product owners, and developers.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on platform capabilities, roadmap planning, and innovation opportunities.
• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic recommendations.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge in Now Assist GenAI suite.
