Your Responsibilities

Communicate with our project manager, development team and stakeholders to better meet clients' needs

Provide quality feedback, carry out documentary and user testing from the start to the end of a project

Your Experience

At least one year of experience in a similar role

IT qualification or vendor certification

Documentation, story-boarding and storytelling skills

Experience working with clients to understand and analyse business processes

Experience managing a CRM for a large organisation
