Position Title: NPD Engineer

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Reporting To: NPD / Engineering / Quality Head

Industry: Precision Manufacturing & Exports

Role Purpose

To drive end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from drawing review to SOP, ensuring on-time launch, manufacturability, quality readiness, and customer satisfaction—especially for export and overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. NPD & Industrialization

  • Handle NPD activities from RFQ / drawing review to SOP
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessment
  • Coordinate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process development
