Job Description
Eaton’s ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a NPD Quality Engineer.
**What you’ll do**:
Manage, develop, implement, monitor, maintain the quality strategy of NPD according with to ISO, Eaton Quality System (EQMS) and Prolaunch, provide guidance to NPD team for definition of critical characteristic and validation since first stages of new product development (pre-launch).
Ensure a Design Quality and process quality are delivered to the plants.
1. Develop, review, manage, approve, control, and distribute the quality documentation of NPD. And ensure that are communicated to all stakeholders.
2.Responsible for the quality activities on new programs thru the uses of Pro-launch. Works closely with the project team and WPA to establish targets/requirements for project success, design/engineering score card
3.Participate on Supplier Assessment related to NPD and handle supplier quality topics with suppliers,
