-Reliability Engineering work for new technology/products of HV IGBT discrete and Module product.
-Identify and address reliability risks of designs and processes of HV IGBT and packaging process, and their interactions.
-Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for the DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.
-Disposition of reliability failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessment.
-Data analysis of reliability results, test and quality data
-Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.
-Summarize and report-out of reliability data to internal and external customers.
-Actively involved in and work with cross-functional teams on systematic management of risks associated with product quality and reliability issues.
